Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

Clean and bright

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

The staff were all approachable and friendly

Lovely reception team who were friendly and clean building with lots of seating available

As well as Dr Elmiyeh the entire staff were incredible I’ve never been to a doctors surgery that had such friendly and upbeat staff at the front desk
