Great and Very organised !

Staff are always very friendly, the building is clean and comfortable.

The care at this hospital is amazing, I felt so cared for on my overnight stay, food & service was faultless, the only thing I could complain about was the 2 nurses in recovery after my surgery, they were not very friendly at all.

Perfect All round apart from the lift being out of service once having ankle problems was not exactly easy

It was the first time I experienced a private hospital and it was a good experience (and made me wish I was a private patient, and living in London).

The facilities were excellent and clean. Admissions procedures well communicated and efficient. Medical nursing and physio care was excellent. Post discharge support clearly communicated.

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.
