Dr Barnes is a wonderful doctor and I am so happy that we chose him. We have never had such good treatment. I am nearing my 40’s and can hand on heart say that this is the best doctor we have had the pleasure of meeting with. He is warm and friendly, delightful actually. He put me at ease and listened to my symptoms and concerns carefully, asking appropriate follow up Questions to better understand my issues. The medical examination was head to toe thorough, which was reassuring because after having gone so many years with poor medical care it is refreshing to meet a doctor who is thorough and checks as much as they can in office. He talked through my past medical history with me and it was explained to me What various blood test results meant and all of the different hormone levels including thyroid hormones levels and what they mean as an individual. I appreciated that because had he not explained to me how the hormones differ I would have never known. He explained what the plan was and why and which tests he was going to do, giving valid explanations for each one and then explained the course of action based on my results. I got my results back very soon after. Dr Barnes and his secretary Suzanne updated me with my test results quite soon after. His secretary Suzanne is also extremely helpful and good at her job. I had a small issue with the NHS not being willing to prescribe the medication dr Barnes prescribed me but Suzanne and Doctor Barnes followed this up and liaised with my GP under the NHS very swiftly to resolve the NHS side. I appreciate that not only was the care in Nuffield tunbridge wells very good but the follow up care in the interim is very good. I have a clear understanding now of what happens next and I have full faith in dr Barnes competence he is a very good doctor: thank you to Suzanne Fraser , secretary to Dr Barnes. Very quick to respond , very professional and warm. Overall very good care

I met Dr. Haq after being told I’d have to wait 5 months for an endocrinologist on the NHS. He listened intently, asked questions and advised what the next steps should be. He understood the situation regarding self funding, and was sympathetic to this. The overall experience exceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend.
