Pleasant experience, no issues

As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/

Very nice staff and well organised.

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

Easy and helpful

Competent, friendly and efficient - once we managed to schedule the appointments they worked like a clockwork and all staff were first class.

Staff were friendly, I was booked in quickly, have no faults with my experience there.
