Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to identify the cause and required treatment incredibly quickly based on their experience.

I am a new patient at the burghwood clinic so at the moment cannot comment on outcomes or the process. However so far am impressed by their approach and delivery of services. It feels like a great balance between the personal/human touch and professional. I’m hopeful.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Incredible place, staff so friendly and welcoming, always making sure you’re ok and explain everything so well. Enjoy every trip.
