My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. I was booked in for a hygienist appointment which always scares me a little bit as I have sensitive teeth and a low pain threshold! But the staff made me feel comfortable right away and the hygienist was very informative about after care and my teeth have never looked better! Will definitely be returning
