The standard of care and professionalism across all the functions at KEVII is exemplary, and above that which I have experienced at other private hospitals in London.

As usual all went super smoothly.

The hospital staff are very friendly, the environment feels clean and people provide quick service. The worst aspect of the hospital as there is no parking it is a nightmare. There should be some disabled. Parking availabl The Wellington at least provide some small service for parking.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

Very professional and made to feel at ease

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

Very friendly staff and environment. The booking team is quite efficient too. Great experience so far.
