Great service and experience with Andy who conducted lung function tests with me at the Lister Hospital

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

The staff were all approachable and friendly

Centre is ok if a bit crowded.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

The overall experience is excellent.
