Everything was great

We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.

From reception to room, the level of service was truly 5 star Everyone from reception through porters and nurses were very friendly and consider of the patients needs

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Very good care

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

Very pleasing in all aspects

An excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment very quickly which was such a relief. Friendly staff who had time to treat me as an individual. Excellent care all round.
