Excellent.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The care I received at this hospital was excellent with all the staff being very helpful

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

Always friendly stuff, no waiting times, great professional team

Some of the staff are not too friendly but some are extremely friendly

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.
