I was experiencing severe prostate and bladder issues. Mr Somov was excellent throughout the initial consultation, during the subsequent procedure and at the final consultation. Clear guidance and an accurate prediction of what to expect were key aspects but the actual execution of the procedure itself was done very professionally. Despite my bad language and frustrations over what I believed to be incompetent consultants in Aintree's urology department who made my life really difficult I appreciated your explanation as to the simple cause of my problems. I just would have liked to hear your views on their behaviour because they never brought up the frenulum or part-circumcision as a problem for pain or discomfort during cleaning or sex. I don't know whether to raise a complaint about either of them really. I look forward to reading your notes and accessing the prescription
