my experience at the princess grace hospital was first class with friendlly and efficient staff always on call i would not hesitate to recomend the hospital to anyone.

All staff are beyond helpful and friendly

Every member of the team was a delight to deal with - from sonographers to nurses and receptionists. Pre and post appointment care was impressive - from bookings to proactive calls to check in post-op.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

Always a good experience at HCA and the Wellington Hospital. Staff very professional and friendly. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

Didn't have to wait long and the hospital was super clean. Can't fault my experience.
