Very friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait longer than 5mins.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

Very helpful receptionist. Helped me to complete the registration while I was with my baby. Remained patient while I competed all the details.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

A little far to get to, struggled to find a consultant nearer to me which is a shame, also the system was down when I arrived, but it didn't stop from me seeing the consultant.

Looks grubby and in need of renovation

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
