The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

Very friendly atmosphere. I like that they also offer scans as part of the consultation if needed. My consultant made me feel at ease and answered any questions and concerns which reassured me.

I had a brilliant experience with the Clinic. I felt validated with my symptoms being taken seriously and I was treated with respect throughout.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
