Excellent facilities at HCA Elstree

The care I received from the clinic was exceptional. The staffs were always kind and professional. My questions were always answered quickly, and it was easy to communicate with them. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The nursing team, receptionists, finance team, embryology team displayed a high level of professionalism and were always kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

Have been attending CCH for some years for various ailments and have never had an issue or concern.

Its very good place and very near to my house.

As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Good and helpful staff

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
