Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Dr Ion is the only surgeon who not only agreed to it but also performed an excellent revision rhinoplasty.His revision rhinoplasty was so good that no one can tell if I ever had a rhinoplasty. I am really really happy with my results.

I recently had a breast reduction with Doctor Ghali. I have been looked after by Dr Ghali and his team from the first visit to the end of the operation and even afterwards. Dr Ghali has informed me exactly what I would go through openly: the process and the potential issues I might face after the operation, which I haven’t. After the operation, I have seen Dr Ghali and a lovely nurse, Jane, who looked after me, making sure I was okay. As this is an invasive operation, I will definitely recommend Dr Ghali.
