The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

Excellent facilities, people and service.

The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.
