He asked if I had an questions about the procedure and outlined the length of time it would take. The procedure was uneventful and I received a full report prior to the leaving the premises.

Professor Purkayastha's surgical success rate and record of procedures is impressive and the results speak for themselves. I had no doubt I was in safe hands. However, this is just part of what makes an exceptional experience. From the first consultation Professor Purkayastha was attentive and engaged. He listened and responded with clear explanations and positive suggestions. I found him approachable and he addressed any doubts and questions, from me and my family, both knowledgeably and reassuringly and with appropriate humour. Perhaps the most outstanding feature of my experience with Professor Purkayastha was his compassion and clear devotion to what he does. He shows humility and never underestimates the trust placed in him, considering it an honour to be able to help. It was a privilege to be treated by him and my surgery has been a huge success! Special thanks also to Dr Alex Wickham, consultant anaesthetist, who prepared me for surgery and allayed any fears. Also to Marcella who makes everything run smoothly and for always being friendly and helpful.

Dr. Dhillion is highly experienced in his field. He recommended several tests to ensure everything was in order and thoroughly explained the purpose behind each one. His professionalism and reassuring demeanor were exceptional. If I could, I would give him 10 stars. I am very grateful for his care.

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion.
