Welcoming staff

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

I feel confident having care at Burghwood clinic, thank goodness it is there, sadly there are far too few clinics like Burghwood in England.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
