The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

The place is clean, good location and easy to find address; the staff is punctual.

Superb facility. Excellent care. Fantastic staff. Everyone from Dr. Archbold to the nursing and front of house teams were amazing.

Most disappointing appointment with Dr.Sarah Glynne,she was negligent and seemed disinterested in my case,she rushed through the consultation,I was hardly able to put a word in.All in all a most upsetting waste of time,energy and money which I could have done without considering I poor state of health.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.
