Ms Jajini was kind professional and empathetic, she explained the process well and her team were always available and answered any queries very fast. I supposedly have an appointment this coming Friday. I have had no confirmation and am unable to get a reply from the telephone number on which the appointment was made. I have phoned several times. Not impressed!
