The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

Great experience

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

Good experience - and caring staff.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

Always a great experience with GOSH. Kind and friendly staff. Was seen very quickly an everyone was very attentive

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I believe that I got very good service at a reasonable price
