My experience here is always pleasant and on time. I do feel that the receptionist could be a bit more kind and just nicer by smiling or if not at least fix their tone of voice.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

Amber was fantastic, I had a very luxurious medical pedicure treatment that left my feet looking and feeling wonderful. I also asked her about my weak ankles (I do a lot of exercise and had been struggling), she was able to instantly identify that I had an old injury which hadn't been fully rehabilitated and gave me some exercises to do at home which have totally corrected the problem. 100% would recommend Sole Revival Podiatry to anyone else suffering foot and ankle issues.
