I just had a mini facelift at The Ghanem Clinic, and I couldn't be happier, from start to finish, they were top-notch. Dr. Ghanem and the team were super professional and caring. First off, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. That really helped calm my nerves. When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the results. I'd recommend The Ghanem Clinic to everyone!

Wonderful clinic with wonderful staff and amazing doctors. Very prompt and professional. More than a few times the porters have sent me to the wrong floor or waiting areas but do appreciate that there is someone to direct me to where I am meant to be. Only slightly uncomfortable issue was having to wait for my dermatology appointment in an area plastered with Endometriosis Clinic signs. Yikes.

Claudia Brand is a highly professional Botox specialist. She is attentive, caring and provides highly professional customer service. I been going to 111 Harley St. for over a year now and I am always happy with the outcome. I come for my Botox treatment to treat chronic migraines and the treatment proven to be highly effective. My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Staff in London Clinic were all friendly, efficient, and patient-centric. Nurses were really knowledgeable, committed, and kind who always acted very fast to solve my issues. Highly recommended.
