Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

I felt the system is very medically safe. The consult with the doctor confirmed this as covering all safety areas and a letter has been sent to my GP. The ordering system is a bit clunky and did not happen automatically but again safety checks were made. I am pleased with the ability to do blood tests. I think there could be more guidance re lifestyle changes in tandem which I don’t need as am a fan of Fast 800 programme but not everyone is equipped to make the best food choices

I could not have been happier with this appointment. Never been before and will definitely go again. I only had a 15 min appointment so I rushed through what was wrong but the doctor took time to ask lots of questions and explain everything in detail. It's a very nice 'space' and I was impressed at how efficient it all was for a reasonable price. Thank you for coming to Fulham Broadway.

Good experience - and caring staff.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. Very clean waiting area and toilets. Good parking available.

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.
