The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

Postive , professional experience with clear communication

I felt the system is very medically safe. The consult with the doctor confirmed this as covering all safety areas and a letter has been sent to my GP. The ordering system is a bit clunky and did not happen automatically but again safety checks were made. I am pleased with the ability to do blood tests. I think there could be more guidance re lifestyle changes in tandem which I don’t need as am a fan of Fast 800 programme but not everyone is equipped to make the best food choices
