Great staff, facilities and care

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

A great location, with a friendly and welcoming team. From start to finish the process was made easy. The Wavelift treatment was delivered with ease and expertise. Left feeling elated.
