Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

I have been to Alien Aesthetics a few times now and seen different people. Everyone is so patient, lovely and knowledgeable. Every time I have been nervous, asked 100s of questions and each time I have been reassured and never once pressured. Even went in for a treatment and was guided towards something cheaper due to my concerns. They definitely have your happiness and best interests at heart.
