The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.

An excellent, friendly and expert service. Dr Sheraz Aleem is top in the field for ceramic inplants. He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. But for the fact that I was 'in' for a hip replacement operation and was therefore understandable apprehensive, I'm tempted to say the two night stay at this hospital was enjoyable, such was the excellent and professional treatment that I received. All the nurses and support staff were friendly and attentive at all times. And the food was good too.

Comfortable friendly staff

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.
