Comfortable friendly staff

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Vera Clinic was helpful and provided a great experience as soon as I landed in Istanbul, Turkey. They were clear on their instructions right out the gate, and I was safety driven to the Elite Asia Hotel. The Hotel experience was beautiful, and reminded me of what a quality one would be in North America with better hospitality. I was greeted humbly by a worker to my room as he answered all of the pending questions that I had upon arrival. There was a breakfast/lunch buffet also which was fabulous and tasty for every dish I tried. Transportation to the clinic from the hotel was flawless as Vera Clinic was very transparent and keen on scheduling when communicating via WhatsApp. I never felt rushed as if I needed extra time the driver would understand that we were about to do a big procedure and prompted us to take our time. When I arrived at the clinic to do my transplant, the nurses/technicians were really nice and made me feel comfortable. I was a little scared but assured me that the only thing that will sting is the local anesthesia. The surgery itself I would say is a 3/10 in terms of overall discomfort and pain. The anesthesia was the worse part, and I would that pain a 7-8/10 pain. It felt like little sharp shots just going through scalp, but it will be over in 3-5 minutes. After the local anesthesia is issued, you don’t feel a thing, as you can either listen to music or fall asleep while they work away on their head. After 8 hours of the operation, the head tech provided a schedule on what to do post operation. It’s been 6 months and I’m so glad I got a hair transplant at Vera Clinic. It’s changed my life appearance wise and I feel confident going outside with my hair done. Thank you Vera Clinic.

Outstanding as usual.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

An excellent, friendly and expert service. Dr Sheraz Aleem is top in the field for ceramic inplants. He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. I would highly recommend this service and my whole experience at TKC
