Very professional and made to feel at ease

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

The check in desk process was a birthday cumbersome.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend
