Dr Mohamed Abbas was fantastic throughout all the 6 PRP Sessions. He was friendly, always greeted with a smile, patient, went above and beyond, and answered all questions without hesitation. Hospital staff very helpful Only problem was the toilet not flashing after use and how ever used the toilet before me had the same problem the bowl was full

My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.
