An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

Spotless clean, nothing was to much trouble, treated with dignity, all staff where friendly, helpful and patient from the surgeon,nurses,admin,porters,kitchen staff, cleaners

Always a great experience with GOSH. Kind and friendly staff. Was seen very quickly an everyone was very attentive

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.
