Excellent staff and very prompt.

Easy and helpful

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.
