Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

I am always impressed by their friendliness and professionalism.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

Very helpful staff and procedure was carried out on time.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Excellent, but would appreciate access to Dr Whinnett more than one day a week
