From the reception staff to Dr Whinnett’s secretary Sheila, everyone I came across was professional, caring and efficient. It is a well run and caring establishment which places the patient first and foremost.

The hospital was easy to reach and I didn’t have to wait for long before my appointment. Everyone was kind and willing to help. A volunteer also escorted me to the right elevator. Only problem were the bathrooms. They were dirty and there was rubbish on the floor
