I was referred to Dr Lloyd to further investigate my low pulse rate. After my initial consultation, Dr Lloyd recommended that I had an ECHO, CPET and CT scan. I found Dr Griguer to be very approachable and empathetic as well as professional. She listened carefully, ensuring she answered all my questions (even though some might have been silly). She explained, in non-medical terms, all the tests that would be done and was as thorough and clear in explaining the results, which came through very quickly. All suggested documents, nutrition plan etc were received speedily by email.

Dr Carl Brookes was fantastic. Listened attentively, took great care at explaining the situation and weighing up the decisions at hand and was extremely reassuring. I felt very safe and cared for.
