All staff are wonderful very caring nothing was to much trouble from the minute you walk in the friendliest off staff . amazing food plenty of it . Hospital was very clean

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

It was a great experience, with quick and easy access into the hospital and clear guidance on where to park and enter the hospital from.

Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.
