Delay caused by previous patient fainting so new room had to be prepared which was done quickly and smoothly

Helpful, clear on what was required of me,

I got an appointment quickly; review came through quicker than expected. Nurse was lovely and gave a lot of helpful information. Also appreciated the actual exam was totally directed by myself in regards to what to have a look at.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

I had a good experience. The staff are friendly and professional and the procedures went well

Nice atmosphere in all areas, friendly staff. Well organised

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
