Very helpful staff and procedure was carried out on time.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

Clean and bright

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

Good experience - and caring staff.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

Very much in line with previous visits to this establishment.
