All as expected and appreciated

Very friendly and competent . Felt like a thorough check. Although in some instances would be helpful to comment even on those moles that are so obviously ok for the nurse that they don't need a comment but might worry a customer. Would have also been helpful to explain what photographing was going on. Otherwise a very reassuring experience.

I have been under the care of Dr Sami for 3 years and always had an excellent service. He saved my swallowing and treated my reflux and stomach problems. I feel back to normal now.

The hospital itself was great. Very clean and tidy. The receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming, but no complaints otherwise.

My care for my breast cancer has been second to none at the Wellington. The hospital is staffed by some of the friendliest staff I have come across. All my appointments (outpatients and admissions) have been efficiently arranged and progressed). Staff have taken the time to explain processes to me and ensure that I feel at ease. It is really evident that the hospital works under a multi disciplinary approach and at no point have I felt that one part hasn't known what the other is doing around my care (which I feel is being steered and monitored by Cheryl Lobo and Kate Newson at all times). From the nursing staff on the South Ward, to the administrative team and all specialists around this - anaesthetists, radiographers, physio's, oncologists etc, too many to list by name - I feel incredibly well cared for. The rooms for my operations have been comfortable, clean and tidy and the food lovely. Thank you to all! (JMc, London)

Very little wait time and very efficient

Been a few times, staff is always very friendly, nurses are lovely and always extremely helpful. Doctors are great, very supportive and understanding. Overall great environment for getting support.
