Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. It was the first time I experienced a private hospital and it was a good experience (and made me wish I was a private patient, and living in London).

Fantastically ran hospital with amazing and caring staff. I cannot fault anything regarding my recent inpatient stay at The Wellington.

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

The facilities were excellent and clean. Admissions procedures well communicated and efficient. Medical nursing and physio care was excellent. Post discharge support clearly communicated.

Waiting time was just a couple of minutes and staff are friendly
