Overall a good experience

My experience with Urology Partners was first rate. The procedure, from my point of view, was exactly as I was told it would be. The only concerns I had were in regard to car parking and missing consultations.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

The overall experience is excellent.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

On arrival reception staff very attentive and efficient.
