I found Matthew warmly personable, professional, upbeat and reassuring. From the initial telephone call after which I felt persuaded to get on with the procedure through to the post op chat, I felt I was being treated with the utmost care and skill. I appreciated the time he took to describe the detail of the op complete with helpful metaphors, photos and videos and humour. The nurses were all very warm, friendly and attentive, my room luxurious, quiet and what a great view. Thank you to the whole team in the operating theatre for your combined effort and practised skill.
