The knowledge, care and treatment I've received from the Royal Marsden is second to none and I believe I wouldn't be here today without them

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.
