Everything very good and clean. Excellent nurses and doctors.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

I found Optegra North London to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming and put you at complete ease. The facilities were very clean. Coffee was a nice touch. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after.

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Very quick and efficient

Amazing experience and after care. Dr Pillai is brilliant and the team are highly trained, skilled and professional. AVC really do care about their patients, I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.
