This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

It was a great experience, with quick and easy access into the hospital and clear guidance on where to park and enter the hospital from.

As well as Dr Elmiyeh the entire staff were incredible I’ve never been to a doctors surgery that had such friendly and upbeat staff at the front desk
