An early evening appointment so it was very busy, staff were helpful both admin and nursing.

They were fine front desk could be a bit nicer but was clean and spacious

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.
