Excellent. Friendly staff and highly efficient.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Wellington Hospital has one of the best facilities in London. The staff is friendly and efficient especially the nurses.

They were punctual in booking the appointment and with all the documentation. I will use their services again if necessary.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

No problems with the facilities

An excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment very quickly which was such a relief. Friendly staff who had time to treat me as an individual. Excellent care all round.
