Good but busy

The care at this hospital is amazing, I felt so cared for on my overnight stay, food & service was faultless, the only thing I could complain about was the 2 nurses in recovery after my surgery, they were not very friendly at all.

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

Comments in comparison to other hospitals in London - Need dressing gowns or a second gown to preserve modesty to walk down to theatre. Not available in the room and not offered. - Room too cold, needed heater on - Food average/poor. Strange to be told I was limited to how many items I could order from each section. - staff kind and friendly
